Dive crews with the Missouri State Water Patrol found the body of a missing boater in Callaway County around 10:30 Monday morning.
Officials say 56-year-old Roger Redmon of Kingdom City was out checking trot lines on the pond Sunday evening, but didn't return. His family says when they went out to look for him, they found the boat upside down in the water.
Crews dragged the pond until 3:30 Monday morning but didn't find anything; the Water Patrol says divers will be back at the pond by 9:00 a.m.
Crews at the scene tell ABC 17 Redmon did not have a life jacket on and was not believed to be a good swimmer.
