A state appeals court deals a blow to Mid-Missouri enviromentalists trying to save the Katy Railroad Bridge in Boonville.
The court okayed the state's plan to give up the bridge and allow Union Pacific to dismantle it for steel.
The ruling backed up a similar one from a year ago.
Both the enviromental group and attorney general Jay Nixon have made appeals in the case.
Nixon's appeal still needs to be heard.
